A Note on MWAN Licensing — Full Transparency
Forza Nova's own MWAN licenses for waste collection and transportation are currently under the approval process. Until they are issued, we execute all regulated waste work through established, licensed MWAN-approved partners — with complete manifests, documentation, and traceability maintained at every stage. In parallel, we are developing proprietary, patent-pending waste treatment technologies and working toward the approvals needed to operate our own treatment facilities.

All records are retained for quality assurance, environmental compliance, and audit purposes.
