Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)

Our customised AMCs are tailored to your equipment criticality and operational needs, with comprehensive and non-comprehensive options. A typical AMC includes scheduled preventive maintenance, cleaning of filters, condenser and evaporator coils and drains, servicing of compressors, motors, fans, pumps, belts and bearings, refrigerant checks and leak detection, thermostat and BMS inspection, electrical testing, corrective maintenance and breakdown response, condition monitoring, detailed service records, spare parts management, and energy efficiency recommendations. For long-term clients we also provide dedicated site-based teams, 24/7 on-call support, and SLA-based response times.

Spare Parts & Availability

We maintain a practical inventory of commonly used HVAC consumables — air filters, fan belts, contactors, relays, capacitors, thermostats, sensors, pressure switches, solenoid valves, refrigerant gases, and mechanical accessories — supported by relationships with authorised distributors and OEM representatives across the Kingdom. Standard consumables are typically available immediately or within a short lead time, while specialised components are sourced on an expedited basis. For long-term contracts, we establish dedicated project-specific spare parts inventory and critical spares plans.
