Piping Services

Welder Qualifications

The qualifications of our welding personnel are matched to each project. Depending on client specifications, we deploy welders qualified to:

• ASME Section IX — pipe and pressure equipment welding
• AWS D1.1 — structural steel welding
• API 1104 — pipeline welding, where applicable
• Client-specific WPS & PQR — project-qualified welding procedures

All welding personnel undergo qualification verification before deployment, and welder qualification records and test certificates are available on request.

Pipe Materials We Work With

Carbon steel (CS), stainless steel (SS304/SS316), galvanised steel (GI), alloy steel for project-specific applications, and HDPE, uPVC, CPVC, and GRE/GRP piping. We handle process piping, utility water, chilled water, firewater, compressed air, drainage, and HVAC piping systems — from small-bore instrumentation lines to large-diameter process and utility pipelines.

We also undertake insulation cladding and jacketing using aluminium, stainless steel, and galvanised steel finishes for long-term durability and environmental protection.

Non-Destructive Examination (NDE)

NDE is an integral part of our QA/QC. Routine visual (VT) and dimensional inspection is performed by our project QA/QC personnel. Where project specifications require certified NDE, we engage qualified approved third-party providers with certified inspectors for Liquid Penetrant (PT), Magnetic Particle (MT), Ultrasonic (UT), Radiographic (RT), and Positive Material Identification (PMI), plus hardness and ferrite testing where applicable. All NDE is performed to ASME, API, AWS, and client standards with complete documentation, inspection reports, and traceability maintained as part of the project quality records.
