Case in Point: Al Jouf Airport Workforce Camp

Our management team established and operated a 1,500-person workforce accommodation facility for a major airport development in Al Jouf — complete with modular accommodation, administration offices, dining and kitchen facilities, prayer areas, recreation spaces, a medical room, laundry, security, potable water, wastewater systems, firefighting, internal roadways, and solid waste management, powered by synchronised diesel generators throughout the construction phase.

Catering & Dining

Menus are developed in consultation with the client to accommodate workforce demographics, nutritional requirements, and cultural preferences. Our catering typically includes three freshly prepared meals per day, morning and evening tea/coffee with snacks, packed meals for remote locations and night shifts, special meals during Ramadan, and vegetarian and non-vegetarian options — all under HACCP-based food hygiene practices. Alternative menus can be developed for Indian, Pakistani, Bangladeshi, Nepali, Filipino, Arab, and other nationalities. We also provide complete dining facility management including kitchen equipment, refrigeration, cold storage, food waste management, and pest control coordination.

Medical & First-Aid Facilities

Depending on project requirements, we provide either an unstaffed first-aid clinic — equipped with emergency medical supplies and managed by certified first-aiders with emergency referral to the nearest facility — or a staffed medical clinic manned by qualified nurses, paramedics, or medical practitioners with periodic physician visits. Facilities typically include an examination bed, first-aid kits throughout the camp, AED, emergency stretcher and wheelchair, oxygen, basic diagnostic equipment, an eye wash station, and designated ambulance access and evacuation routes.

Do you own or lease the camp units?
We maintain our own inventory of approximately 100 refurbished modular units available for immediate deployment, and can fabricate new portacabins to client specifications through our manufacturing partners — enabling both rapid mobilisation and fully customised camps.
What catering do you provide?
We provide three freshly prepared meals per day plus tea/coffee and snacks, packed meals for remote and night-shift workers, and special meals during Ramadan. What power and water arrangements do you provide?
Temporary power is typically provided through synchronised diesel generator sets with backup units and fuel storage. Water supply is maintained through tanker deliveries and storage tanks, with wastewater collected and transported by vacuum tankers to licensed treatment facilities.
