What We Demolish

Our team has experience in the controlled demolition and dismantling of reinforced concrete foundations, masonry structures, steel platforms, pipe racks, equipment foundations, and utility structures — as part of plant modifications and brownfield redevelopment projects. Work is executed in phased sections to maintain site safety and minimise disruption to adjacent operating facilities.

Waste Handling & Recycling

Demolition waste is segregated at source into reinforced concrete, structural steel, scrap metal, wood, and general construction debris. Recyclable materials are recovered where practical, while remaining waste is transported by licensed waste carriers to approved recycling facilities or authorised disposal sites, in accordance with client requirements and local environmental regulations. Dust suppression, exclusion zones, traffic management, and continuous housekeeping are maintained throughout.

Permits & Compliance

Forza Nova obtains all required approvals before commencing demolition — demolition permits, municipality approvals, utility clearances, hot work permits, road occupancy permits, and client work permits — together with approved method statements, risk assessments, lifting plans, utility isolation (LOTO), and environmental and waste management plans. Within industrial facilities such as major operating plants, all activities follow the owner's permit-to-work (PTW) system and site-specific HSE procedures.
